WATCH: The Flying Lotus Short Film “Until The Quiet Comes”

Three @flyinglotus tracks get an evocative visual treatment from director Kahlil Joseph

Sit back and watch how director Kahlil Joseph has taken three snippets of the forthcoming Flying Lotus album  and set them to arresting, evocative–and sometimes surreal–visuals.

The music, as you’ll hear it in the film:
— “See Thru To U” (feat. Erykah Badu)
— “Hunger” (feat. Niki Randa)
— “Getting There” (feat. Niki Randa)

If Joseph is seems like a familiar name to you, it might be because you’ve seen his previous work, including Shabazz Palaces’ “Black It Up” and Aloe Blacc’s “I Need A Dollar”. Definitely a director to watch.

Flying Lotus’s Until The Quiet Comes will be out October 2Pre-order it here.
