TONIGHT: Marque Gilmore & DRUM FM @ Littlefield

One of the founding members of the Black Rock Coalition returns for a performance tonight at Littlefield in BK.

I remember back when I was first getting involved in the BRC, it seemed like Marque was in just about everybody's band.  And for good reason: It was clear from the get that he was–and is–a talented drummer.  He eventually pulled up his stakes in NYC, moved to London and got involved in the live drum 'n' bass scene over there.  He eventually formed the celebrated DRUM FM, the first live, interactive drum 'n' bass club.  You can check his bio to see why he's still one of the most sought after drummers/producers on the "future music" scene.

Tonight's performance will feature members of Greg Tate, Mikel Banks and other members of Burnt Sugar.
